A. Sinclair Dunlop

Mr. Dunlop has two decades of international experience in evaluating early-stage companies in the life sciences industry.  As the Founder and Managing Partner of MASA Life Science Ventures, LP he leads the review and analysis of Fund investment candidates.  A former international business and economics analyst with the Center for Strategic & International Studies in Washington, D.C., Mr. Dunlop has private equity and venture capital experience in East Asia, Europe, the U.S. and Israel.  Mr. Dunlop received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School where he was the R.C. Kopf British-American Fellow in international business.  He also holds an M.A. with Honors in Political Economy from the University of Glasgow and an M.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.  Mr. Dunlop currently serves on the Boards of Engene Inc., Mediquest Therapeutics Inc., Maxcyte Inc. and Potentia Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Kyp Sirinakis

Kyp Sirinakis has many years experience in early-stage venture capital and private equity investing, working with individual private investors, specialty investment firms and entrepreneurs.  Ms. Sirinakis has led teams of investment professionals in identifying, evaluating and executing successful investments in early-stage companies with a special emphasis on technology and life sciences.   She is the former Managing Director of WomenAngels.net and Director of the Technology Resource Alliance at the George Mason University Entrepreneurship Center.   Ms. Sirinakis has held senior executive roles, including CFO, at two high-growth technology companies.  She is a graduate of Boston College and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.  Ms. Sirinakis currently serves on the Board of Correlogic Systems, Inc.

Isao Kikuchi

Mr. Kikuchi is Business Development Manager at MLSV's Japan office in Tokyo.  Throughout his career, Mr. Kikuchi has held senior international executive management roles at leading multinational corporations in Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.  His areas of expertise include finance, large-scale project development, alternative energy and new technologies. Mr. Kikuchi majored in economics at the Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan.

Junko Tsutsumida

Ms. Tsutsumida is the senior administrative officer of MLSV Japan in Tokyo.  After holding senior sales and operating positions in Japan, Ms. Tsutsumida completed a degree in Applied Sciences at the Peninsula College in Port Angeles, WA.  Before joining MASA Inc., and MLSV, Ms. Tsutsumida held senior executive support and office management positions at a variety of institutions, including Twentieth Century Fox Entertainment Japan, the KK Shinsei Bank in Tokyo and CTR Ventures KK in Japan.
