MLSV invests in leading private, high-growth biotechnology and life science companies that offer outstanding potential for financial return.  MLSV will support the international growth and development of its portfolio companies through its unique global network.  In addition, the Fund’s Limited Partners include leading Japanese and Korean corporations and financial institutions that will present opportunities for overseas business development, including, for example, sales & distribution alliances, licensing relationships and joint R&D projects.

MASA Life Science Ventures makes its initial investments in companies that meet the following criteria:

Location:  United States, Canada, Europe and Israel

Industry:  Biotherapeutics, Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare and Bio IT

Transaction Size:  $250,000 - $1,500,000
