Mr. Dunlop has two decades of international experience in evaluating early-stage companies in the life sciences industry with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital in Europe, the U.S. East Asia, and Israel. As the Founder and Managing Partner of MASA Life Science Ventures, LP (MLSV) he leads the review and analysis of Fund investment candidates. In addition to his role at MLSV, Mr. Dunlop is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Epidarex Capital, an early stage fund management firm which invests in high growth life science companies in the US and Europe. Prior to entry into the venture capital industry, Mr, Dunlop was an international business and economics analyst with the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School where he was the R.C. Kopf British-American Fellow in international business. He also holds an M.A. with Honors in Political Economy from the University of Glasgow and an M.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Mr. Dunlop currently serves on the Board of Directors of Apellis Pharmaceuticals Inc., Clyde Biosciences Ltd., EM Imaging Ltd., Mironid Ltd., and Sirakoss Ltd..
A. Sinclair Dunlop
Ms. Sirinakis has over 25 years of experience in early-stage venture capital and private equity investing, working with individual private investors, specialty investment firms and entrepreneurs. She has led teams of investment professionals in identifying, evaluating and executing successful investments in early-stage companies with a special emphasis on technology and life sciences. In addition to her role at MLSV, she is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Epidarex Capital, an early stage fund management firm which invests in high growth life science companies in the US and Europe. She is the former Co-founder and Managing Director of WomenAngels.net and Director of the Technology Resource Alliance at the George Mason University Entrepreneurship Center. Ms. Sirinakis has held senior executive roles, including CFO, at two high-growth technology companies. She is a graduate of Boston College and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland. Ms. Sirinakis currently serves on the Board of Directors of Confluence Life Science Inc., Harpoon Medical Inc., Nothera Ltd., Sirakoss Ltd., and the Tech Council of Maryland. She is also on the Investment Advisory Board for the CIT BioLife Fund and the Ivy Foundation.
